Applying Slide Design Templates

Before or after your presentation is created, you can apply a template (background, font, and color scheme design).  From the Format menu, choose Slide Design.   The task pane will display thumbnails of the Design templates. 

To apply a template, click the template. 

  • If the thumbnails are not detailed enough, click Browse to open the Apply Design Template dialog box.  Open the Presentations Designs folder.  Choose Preview in the toolbar.  Use the dialog box to preview available templates by clicking on the template name in the list box.  When you have selected the template you wish to apply, click OK. 

  • To undo a template application, click the Undo button  on the standard toolbar.
