Outline View

Slides can be created and edited in Outline view.  Display Outline view by clicking on the Outline Tab in Normal view.  If you create the slides in Slides or Normal View, an outline is automatically created. 

  • Use the four-headed arrow that appears over the side icon to select a slide.

  • Use Tab to move to a lower level in the outline.

  • Use Shift/tab to move to a higher level in the outline.

  • To print the Outline, from the File menu, choose Print.  Select Outline View from the Print What field in the Print dialog box and click OK.
